Sonia Li

Sonia joined HGGC in 2025.

Prior to joining HGGC, Sonia was a Growth Equity Investor at Norwest Venture Partners. Before that, Sonia was an Investment Banking Analyst on the Healthcare Team at J.P. Morgan, where she worked on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity financings.

Sonia graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received her B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School and a BAS in Computer Science from the School of Engineering.
