Matt Roesch

Matt joined HGGC in 2015 and is active in the Firm’s investments in Rimkus, Aspire Holdings, PCF Insurance, and Integrity. Matt was previously involved with the Firm’s exited investments in Specialist Risk Group and AMI.

Prior to joining HGGC as an Associate, Matt was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials and Services group at Credit Suisse Securities, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations.

Matt received his B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from University of Notre Dame.
