Maddy joined HGGC in 2024 and is responsible for identifying new global platform investments and assisting on thematic and sector coverage projects together with the investment team.

Prior to joining HGGC, Maddy was a Senior Manager at AlphaSights in their Private Equity group.

Maddy received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
