Holland Reynolds

Holland joined HGGC in 2019 and focuses primarily on identifying, originating, and qualifying new global platform investments, as well as assisting portfolio companies with add-on acquisitions. Holland is also responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Analyst sourcing program and is a member of the DEI Committee within HGGC.

Prior to joining HGGC, Holland worked on Cambridge Associate's U.S. Private Equity Research Team, where she was responsible for conducting investment due diligence on private equity fund opportunities.

Holland received her B.A. with Honors in Art History and Spanish, cum laude, from Colgate University.
