David Schapiro

David joined HGGC in 2024 and supports the fundraising efforts and investor activities as part of the Investor Relations team. Prior to joining HGGC, David was a tenured member of the Investor Relations team at Silver Lake where he assisted with all fundraising, marketing, and investor coverage efforts for all the firm’s strategies, including management of the firm’s investor meetings and road shows.

Previously, he was an Investor Relations Fund Coordinator at The Carlyle Group.

David received his B.S. in Consumer Studies from Syracuse University.
