Cecilia Kwan | Team | HGGC

Cecilia oversees all aspects of the strategic and day-to-day financial operations of the firm. She serves as the Chair of the firm’s Finance Committee and is a member of the Valuation Committee. Cecilia is also involved in the management of the firm’s operations.

Prior to joining HGGC, Cecilia was the CFO at B Capital Partners, overseeing finance and operations of global venture funds with over $6B of AUM. Prior to joining B Capital, she served as a Senior Vice President at Vista Equity Partners. Cecilia previously spent a decade at Blum Capital Partners, where she served as Chief Financial Officer, and worked prior to that at Ernst & Young and Delphi Ventures.
