Cecilia Kwan

Cecilia joined HGGC in 2024 and oversees all aspects of the strategic and day-to-day financial operations of the firm. Cecilia heads the Finance and Operations and Valuation Committees and co-heads the Compensation Committee.

Prior to joining HGGC, Cecilia was the CFO at B Capital Partners, overseeing finance and operations of global venture funds with over $6B of AUM. Prior to joining B Capital, she served as a Senior Vice President at Vista Equity Partners. Cecilia previously spent a decade at Blum Capital Partners, where she served as Chief Financial Officer, and worked prior to that at Ernst & Young and Delphi Ventures.

Cecilia received her M.B.A. and B.S. in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
