Bill Conrad

Bill joined HGGC in 2017 and is a member of the Fund V and Fund IV Investment Committees. Bill’s current and prior board and portfolio involvement includes Fund IV investments Rimkus, Fullscript, and Marmic; and Fund III investments, AMI, Monotype, Beauty Industry Group, and Better Being. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Bill leads the ORG Committee and is a member of the Business Development Committee within HGGC and helps direct HGGC’s firm governance, investment decisions, and investor relations.

Prior to joining HGGC, Bill was a Vice President at KPS Capital Partners, where he was responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing control investments across a diverse range of industries. Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrial group of UBS.

Bill received his B.B.A. in Finance, with honors, from the University of Iowa.
