Core clients included Investment Owned Utilities (IOUs), Municipalities, electric cooperatives and other electric utility operators and power generators. Power Holdings was formed in 2010 by HGGC through a series of platform and subsequent bolt-on acquisitions and was a leading super-regional utility service provider with operations throughout the Central, Midwest, Northeast and Southeast regions of the United States.
